Estimates and Quotes  All estimates and quotes provided by Luginbill Construction are:  - Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified - Subject to site inspection and verification of project scope - Not binding until a formal contract is executed by both parties - Based on information provided at the time of the estimate  Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions, material costs, and scope changes.  

6. Contracts and Payment  ### Project Contracts All construction projects require a signed written contract before work begins. The contract will specify: - Scope of work - Project timeline - Payment terms - Materials and specifications - Change order procedures  ### Payment Terms - Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project contracts - We accept payment via check, credit card, or electronic transfer - Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law - A lien may be filed for non-payment as permitted by applicable law  

7. Cancellations and Changes  ### Project Changes Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented through a written change order and may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline.  ### Cancellations Cancellation terms will be specified in individual project contracts. You may be responsible for work completed and materials ordered prior to cancellation.  

8.  9. Warranties and Disclaimers  ### Workmanship Warranty We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in individual project contracts.  ### Third-Party Materials Warranties for materials and equipment are provided by the respective manufacturers. We do not warrant third-party products beyond the manufacturer's warranty.  ### Disclaimer of Warranties TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUGINBILL CONSTRUCTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:  - Your use or inability to use our Services - Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein - Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services - Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our Services - Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services

16. Entire Agreement  These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luginbill Construction regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
