• Not binding until a formal contract is executed by both parties
• Based on information provided at the time of the estimate

Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions, material costs, and scope changes.

All construction projects require a signed written contract before work begins. The contract will specify:

• Scope of work
• Project timeline
• Payment terms
• Materials and specifications
• Change order procedures

• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project contracts
• We accept payment via check, credit card, or electronic transfer
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law
• A lien may be filed for non-payment as permitted by applicable law

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented through a written change order and may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline.

Cancellation terms will be specified in individual project contracts. You may be responsible for work completed and materials ordered prior to cancellation.

Warranties for materials and equipment are provided by the respective manufacturers. We do not warrant third-party products beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUGINBILL CONSTRUCTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
